Meet Pick Up Information

Since this is the first away meet of the season it is important that all parents understand the signing out process.

Once an athlete has completed all of their events they are allowed to leave with their parent once the parent signs them out.  Parents MUST sign their child out on the sign out sheet that is in the blue folder that will be located at our "base camp".  This helps us make sure all athletes are accounted for when leaving a meet.   Athletes are only allowed to leave a meet with THEIR PARENT; no other adult may take an athlete from a meet!  If you wish for somebody else to pick up your child, they must pick them up from Wheatridge after we’ve returned from the meet.

Thank you for your cooperation with making sure our kids are accounted for and safe!
