Information Student Meeting
Interested students should come to the meeting on Friday, May 17th at 2:45 in room 601. If you cannot make it to this meeting, please stop by Coach Gailliez's room sometime the last week of school to pick up an informational sheet.
Important Information
If your student is competing at the meet on Saturday, May 4th they must ride the bus to be eligible. The bus will be leaving WMS promptly at 7:30. Please plan on having your athlete dropped off to the athletic building by the track no later than 7:20 so they can be accounted for and on the bus by the time we leave WMS. There will be a coach on site beginning at 7:00, please do not drop off earlier than that, we want to make sure all kids are safe and supervised.
***DESSERTS NEEDED***
We have gotten a few parents reach out and let us know that they would be
providing desserts for our uniform check out on Monday, May 6th - but we
have a big team and we still need more!
To make our dessert bar successful we need some parent volunteers to bring
in some yummy treats! They can be homemade or store bought, any dessert
that is easy to serve is welcome (cookies, brownies, cupcakes, etc.)! We
have 101 kids on the team and if you’d be willing to bring something in
please email Coach Gailliez (gailliezm@usd231.com) so she can get an idea
of what we’ll have! A dozen desserts here and there will add up quickly!
