TIME SCHEDULE:

8:15am Coaches Meeting
9:00am Field Events begin
10:00am 3,200m run
11:00am Prelims begin (100H, 100m, 200m)
Finals will begin 30 minutes after the prelims end
ORDER OF EVENTS: Running events will be in the following order: 7G, 7B, 8G, 8B
Order of events is on the last page.
STARTING HEIGHTS: Starting heights will be 2 heights below the 7th place entry.
AWARDS: In all events, medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishes. Ribbons will be
awarded for 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th place finishes.
SURFACES: The track and jump areas are all-weather. Please wear 1/4” spikes. The
throwing rings are concrete.
WARM-UP AREA: Warm-up area will be on the back straight away as well as the south (visitor’s side)
sideline. The infield will be available for student-athletes warming up only.

Spectators,drinks, and “camping out” will NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE INFIELD.

SCORING: 10, 8, 6, 4, 3, 2, 1 in all events
Field events will have 3 preliminary jumps or throws. The top eight (8) participants
will go to the finals and have three (3) additional jumps or throws.
We will take eight (8) to the finals in sprint races.
Heat winners and next fastest times to fill the finals will advance.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Locker rooms are NOT available. Each school will be responsible for their own valuables.
The false start rule will be in effect.
If your team plans to bring a tent, they will need to be set up on the grassy areas southwest of the track.
You may also set up tents in the top row of the visitor’s bleachers on the south side of the stadium.

Buses should park on Freemont Street, between the stadium and the parking lot North of the stadium.
Buses should pull in from the West end, coming off of 2nd street.
Buses should be available all day in case of inclement weather.
Coaches and spectators not working are asked to remain in the stands. Please do not interfere with those who are running
the meet. It is especially important that no coaches/spectators/non-participants are near the finish line, as photo finish equipment will be set up.

We ask that teams do not sit in the front row of the grandstands. This will help us keep the exits clear.
Also, please do not let your athletes jump over the railing, as lane eight is very close to the front wall of the stadium.

A concession stand will be available.
Results will be posted by the restrooms at the East end of the stadium.
Medals and ribbons will be placed in a packet for each school. They may be picked up (along with
complete results) in the press box at the conclusion of the meet.
PLEASE HAVE YOUR TEAM HELP PICK UP THEIR OWN TRASH AT THE END OF THE DAY
