Important End of Season Information
Friday, May 4th - The team is being bused to GEHS for practice and pick up will be at 5:00 at the HIGH SCHOOL!!!!
Saturday, May 5th - League Meet - Please have your athlete dropped off at WMS by 7:55am in the back loop (same loop as pick up after practice and meets). The bus will leave promptly at 8:00am - athletes wishing to compete must ride the team bus to the meet.
Monday, May 7th - Uniform Check In @ WMS Gym
- Athletes will bring their clean uniforms and sweats to the gym @ 3:30 on Monday.
- We will split into grade level/gender teams and will turn all of our items in at this time.
- Afterwards we will have a dessert bar celebration to end our track season.
***DESSERTS NEEDED***
To make our dessert bar successful we need some parent volunteers to bring in some yummy treats! They can be homemade or store bought, any dessert that is easy to serve is welcome (cookies, brownies, cupcakes, ice cream sandwiches, etc.)! We have about 80 kids on the team and if you’d be willing to bring something in please email Ms. Gailliez (gailliezm@usd231.com) so she can get an idea of what we’ll have! A dozen desserts here and there will add up quickly!
